CJ Power a Freelance Guide and co owner operator with wife Helen make the Cactus Tours & Travel team. We are based in Nelson City on the northern tip of the South Island. To offer you the most personal service available we run only small group tours. We have been involved in the hospitality and travel industry for close to a decade now gaining Quilifications and experience in both Adventure Tourism and Eco Tourism.
We have knowledge and contacts only experienced Kiwi tourism guides have and are keen to them share with you. Cactus Tours & Travel offers you a more intimate service than a typical tour operator.
We live and breathe our business here in Nelson New Zealand all year-round. With our experience in the country’s tourist industry, we have the personal contacts and the latest information to streamline your trip and fulfill your most treasured vacation dreams. We especially enjoy sharing with you the "off the beaten track" places, un-commercialized and organic essence of Nelson, placing you in direct touch with our friendly fellow tourism operators.
